We're currently looking for enthusiastic, service driven people to work in our customer care center over the holiday season (October through January) . The center can be a high volume, high service area where efficiency and accuracy are critical to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the organization.
Our Customer Care Specialists answer customer inquiries via, telephone, LiveChat and email and provide exceptional, friendly and professional assistance.
Ideally you'll have 1+years previous customer service experience, excellent customer service and communication skills and email inquires accurately and efficiently. You should also like working in a faced paced, dynamic and exciting environment where teamwork is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities/Main Activities include:
• Answering customer calls
• Email correspondence with customers
• Providing written and verbal resolutions to customer inquires
CashStar's Customer Care Center will be open Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM, including holidays during the upcoming holiday season and, depending on call volume and needs, may extend this to open 24/7. Customer Care Specialists need to be flexible in their availability and expect to work on holidays. The ideal candidate will be available to work either Christmas eve, Christmas, or both but we have many options available. We are looking to fill all shifts, full time, or part time.
Full training provided at our Customer Care Center at 66 Pearl Street, Portland, Maine. Hours will vary, up to 40 hours per week - full time and part time shifts available. $12 per hour.
